Hey y’all, it’s Megan and Dom. We’re here to capture your special day. NYC based — Available anywhere
Why do we do what we do? Because preserving memories has a special place in both our hearts. It’s a cliche phrase, but photos are worth a million words, and video tells even more of a story you’ll be not only able to look back on years from now, but show to future generations.
I, Megan, opened Meganography in September 2016, and started photographing weddings in 2017. Since then, I have captured over 200 weddings around the United States. Some of the places I have been blessed to visit have been Glacier National Park for a mid-July elopement, a Key West elopement while a hurricane came straight towards us (long story but we were all safe!), small town Blum Texas, sunny San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, Maryland, colorful Colorado, Washington, Oregon and more. I fell in love with the flow of a wedding day & the emotions. I feel I was put on this Earth to be the one to observe a wedding day and capture all its beauty. That’s one of the reasons why our artistry style falls more on the documentary side. I’ve always been taking photos, ever since I was little. I started taking photos of barbies, flowers, pets, and then it slowly turned into something bigger, way more than a hobby. I knew this is what I was meant for. Dominick (Dom) and I started photographing and filming weddings together in 2020.
We will be here with you every step of the way. Each and every couple is special to us and we are dedicated to making the experience personalized like no other. We are silly, quirky, and here are few things we enjoy. If we’re in town and you want to get a bite to eat while we talk about life, we’re so down.
Who We Are
-
Yeah, we’re huge foodies. Need a NYC food list? We already have it made and ready to send. Food is like the only thing we do other than capturing weddings lol. Dom’s fav meal is true Japanese Tonkosu Ramen, and Megan’s is a true handmade pasta with a creamy, savory sauce like vodka pasta or cacio e pepe.

We both love to shoot in new places. This opens up our creativity and challenges us from the normal, which we both very much enjoy. So if we haven’t shot at your venue before, please don’t worry, it’s our specialty to explore new places.

Megan owned a 2nd business, Coffee & Purrs, Sioux City’s first ever and only cat cafe. You can call Megan oficially the crazy cat lady of Sioux City! We have 4 kitties at home and they have such a sweet spot in our hearts, when people call them fur babies, we absolutely resonate with that.
